鼻咽癌为耳鼻喉科常见的恶性肿瘤之一。该病早期诊断较困难,多因原发灶部位隐匿;早期无明显症状,缺乏特征,病情发展快,病人就诊过晚等,以及医务人员警惕性不高,询问病史及体检不细,以及本病症状较复杂,不易与其它疾病相鉴别有关。现将我们遇到的二例以张口受限为主要症状首先就诊于口腔科而造成误诊的鼻咽癌报告如下:
