先兆性子宫破裂,以往除剖腹取胎外,别无其他办法。我院在1958年4月以前所收的病例,均按常规手术处理,但因县医院条件所限,往往待器械消毒后临手术时子宫早已破裂,因此产妇死亡率较高。为了降低死亡率,在党支部的正确领导及支持下,同志们发挥了高度的积极性,以敢想、敢作、敢干的精神,从1958年4月起使用腰麻的办法缓解子宫病理收缩环后,施行内倒转术取出胎儿完全代替了剖腹取胎。收治的三例产妇,均获得良好的效果,特介绍如下,供同道们研究参考。

Three cases of maternal treatment, have received good results, especially introduced as follows, for fellow study and reference.
