板形设定控制系统是整个板形自动控制系统中非常重要的一部分,决定着带钢头部板形的控制精度。笔者阐述了板形设定控制系统的功能和构成。大量的离线模拟计算降低板形设定控制系统在线编程、调试和上机运行的风险,并结合现场实际工况校核控制系统的计算精度。在线运用结果表明此控制系统具有很高的精度,带钢头部凸度和平坦度的命中率可分别提高16%和10%以上。至今该系统在鞍钢2150热带钢轧机稳定运行,并推广到国内多条热连轧线。
Form-setting control system is the entire plate-shaped automatic control system is a very important part of the strip shape determines the strip control accuracy. The author elaborated the function and constitution of the shape control system. A large number of off-line simulation calculations reduce the risk of on-line programming, debugging and on-board operation of the control system of the plate-shaped setting, and check the calculation accuracy of the control system according to the actual working conditions of the site. The results of online application show that the control system has high precision and the hits of crown and flatness of the strip can be increased by 16% and 10% respectively. So far the system in the Anshan Iron and Steel 2150 hot strip mill stable operation, and extended to a number of domestic hot-rolling line.
