传统的人事管理将人力看作成本,而现代管理要求把人力看成资源。职业院校既有现实的人力资源,也有潜在的人力资源,这就要求职业院校确立以人为本的管理价值观,建立科学的人力资源管理机制。
While traditional personnel management regards manpower as cost, modern management requires human resources as resources. Vocational colleges have both realistic and potential human resources, which requires that vocational colleges establish people-centered management values and establish a scientific human resources management mechanism.
