通过回顾中国工会的性质、宗旨,描述现阶段工会发挥职能取得的成就和存在的问题,为工会发挥职能寻找到理论的支撑,同时,工会要加强自身的组织建设,对工会发挥的职能进行结构功能分析,进一步满足职工的需求。
By reviewing the nature and purpose of the trade unions in China, this paper describes the achievements and existing problems of the trade unions in their functions and finds the support for the theory of the trade unions’ functions.
