斑蝥酸钠(下简称“斑钠”)系由斑蝥素经氢氧化钠液水解而得,其化学名为外1,2-顺-二甲基-3,6-氧桥六氢化邻苯二甲酸二钠。制备时可将斑蝥素溶于丙酮中,加入氢氧化钠液,隔绝空气中的二氧化碳进行反应。反应物以乙醇、丙酮提取去除杂质。收率94%。通过斑蝥素构效关系的初步研究,证明斑螯素的内酐环与毒性有关。该环被氢氧化钠水解后,抗癌疗效无明显改变,但毒性明显降低。体外实验表明,斑钠对 Hela 细胞株、CaES-17人
