目的探讨体质指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)对教职工血压水平和高血压患病率的影响。方法对郑州大学2008年健康体检的2 668名教职工体检资料进行统计分析,采用Logistic回归分析相关危险因素。结果教职工总体人群高血压患病率为17.2%,男性为21.0%,女性为15.8%,男性高于女性(P=0.000);随着年龄的增加,总体人群平均血压水平和高血压检出率均明显升高(P<0.01);与BMI、WHR正常人群比较,超重及肥胖组、腹型肥胖人群血压水平均明显升高(P<0.01),且高血压检出率均升高(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,WHR、BMI、年龄是高血压的独立危险因素,相对危险度分别为94.291(95%CI=8.147~1 091.264),1.216(95%CI=1.170~1.264),1.051(95%CI=1.041~1.060)。结论教职工人群WHR及BMI水平与高血压密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) on the blood pressure level and the prevalence of hypertension in faculty. Methods A total of 2 668 medical staffs from Zhengzhou University during 2008 physical examination were statistically analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant risk factors. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 17.2% in the general staff population, 21.0% in males and 15.8% in females, and was higher in males than in females (P = 0.000). As the age increased, the average blood pressure and hypertension in the general population were detected (P <0.01). Compared with normal subjects with BMI and WHR, the blood pressure of overweight and obesity group and abdominal obesity group were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the detection rate of hypertension increased P <0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that WHR, BMI and age were independent risk factors of hypertension. The relative risk was 94.291 (95% CI = 8.147 ~ 1091.264), 1.216 (95% CI = 1.170 ~ 1.264), 1.051 (95% CI = 1.041 ~ 1.060). Conclusion The WHR and BMI levels in faculty members are closely related to hypertension.
