目的:建立复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Fortisil-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以磷酸氢二钾溶液:乙腈(88:12)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:金丝桃苷在2.5~50.0μg·m L-1线性关系良好。加样回收率99.5%,RSD%为1.04%。结论:本方法快速,简便,准确,专属性好,可用于复方木鸡颗粒中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hyperin in compound wood chicken particles. Methods: The HPLC method was performed on a Fortisil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution (88:12) and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Hyperin in 2.5 ~ 50.0μg · m L-1 a good linear relationship. The sample recovery was 99.5% with RSD% of 1.04%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for the determination of hyperoside in compound wood chicken particles.
