目的考察我省行政管理干部工作倦怠的特点及其与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系。方法采用工作倦怠通用量表和焦虑、抑郁自评量表对我省342名行政管理干部进行测评。结果该群体有65.7%的人存在工作倦怠状况,且主要表现为无效能感;工作倦怠的3个维度与焦虑、抑郁均存在显著正相关(P<0.01,P=0.00);工作倦怠对焦虑、抑郁有显著的预测作用(CMIN/DF=7.019,GFI=0.944,NFI=0.938,CFI=0.925,RMSEA=0.083)。结论我省行政管理干部存在着轻至中度的工作倦怠,倦怠水平越高焦虑、抑郁越明显。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of job burnout and its relationship with anxiety and depression in Hunan provincial administrative cadres. Methods The Burnout General Scale and anxiety and depression self-rating scale were used to evaluate 342 administrative cadres in our province. Results There were 65.7% of the population with job burnout, and the main symptoms were ineffectiveness. Three dimensions of job burnout were positively correlated with anxiety and depression (P <0.01, P = 0.00). Job burnout was positively correlated with anxiety There was a significant predictor of depression (CMIN / DF = 7.019, GFI = 0.944, NFI = 0.938, CFI = 0.925, RMSEA = 0.083). Conclusion There are mild to moderate job burnout in the administrative cadres in our province, the higher the level of burnout anxiety, the more obvious the depression.
