针对混凝土结构中局部区域拉应力过大的问题,提出了一种能有效提高抗裂性能和阻止裂缝发展的带肋钢板-混凝土组合构件(RSPC),试验设计制作了5片带肋钢板-混凝土组合构件(RSPC)、1片普通混凝土构件(RC)及1片常规粘贴钢板混凝土构件(RCS)。试验结果表明:带肋钢板-混凝土组合构件抗裂性能较普通钢筋混凝土构件和常规粘贴钢板混凝土构件大得多,梁下缘混凝土的极限拉应变较普通钢筋混凝土大得多。根据普通钢筋混凝土受弯构件的抗裂弯矩的计算原理,提出带肋钢板-混凝土组合构件的抗裂弯矩计算公式。
Aiming at the problem of excessive tensile stress in the local area of concrete structure, a ribbed steel plate-concrete composite member (RSPC) that can effectively improve the crack resistance and prevent the crack development is proposed. Five plates of ribbed steel plate-concrete (RSPC), one ordinary concrete member (RC) and one conventional steel-reinforced concrete member (RCS). The experimental results show that the crack resistance of ribbed steel-concrete composite components is much larger than ordinary reinforced concrete members and conventional bonded steel-concrete members, and the ultimate tensile strain of lower edge concrete beams is much larger than that of ordinary reinforced concrete. According to the calculation principle of cracking moment of ordinary reinforced concrete flexural members, the calculation formula of cracking moment of ribbed steel plate-concrete composite members is proposed.
