教师都是在“实践,反思,学习,再实践……”这样一个不断的过程中成长的。就如美国著名学者波斯纳提出的:教师的成长=经验+反思。每节课下来,有成功之举、败笔之处,有教师的教学机智,也有学生的独特见解,这些都为我再次教学提供了宝贵的经验,前几天上的一课《长江的开发》,感触颇多,特此下笔,以记录我教师生涯中的一步步成长。以下从教学准备、教学过程与体会、教学瑕疵三个方面谈谈自己对本课的反思
Teachers are in the “practice, reflection, learning, practice ... ...” such an ongoing process of growth.
