乳腺癌的发生是一复杂的过程。关于人类癌发生机制,信号通路正成为研究热点。Wnt信号通路在结肠癌的癌变机制中研究很多,此通路同样包含在乳腺癌中。雌激素通过受体发挥作用,其在乳腺癌发生机理中认为意义重大。有关两通路之间是否存在联系,报道很少。本文就此二者在乳腺癌研究中的部分进展作一综述。
Breast cancer is a complex process. With regard to the mechanism of human carcinogenesis, the signaling pathway is becoming a research hotspot. The Wnt signaling pathway has been studied extensively in the carcinogenesis of colon cancer, and this pathway is also included in breast cancer. Estrogen acts through receptors and is considered as significant in the pathogenesis of breast cancer. There are few reports on the existence of links between the two channels. This article reviews the progress of the two in breast cancer research.
