学校的发展取决于校领导的管理与决策。在此,作为校长兼党支部书记的我非常注重管理策略的选择。在众多的实践中,我深深地意识到,要团结一切可以团结的力量,动员一切可以动员的人,和老师共同完成教育教学这项艰巨的任务。于是,我就动员了所有学生的家长和科任教师,让家与校互相沟通,有效地利用假期时间,利用了100+X的教学管理模式,共同管理学生,督促学生学习,效果非常好。
The development of schools depends on the management and decision-making of school leaders. Here, as principal and branch secretary, I place great emphasis on the choice of management strategy. In numerous practices, I deeply realize that we must unite with all forces that can be united, mobilize all people who can be mobilized, and teachers to complete the arduous task of education and teaching. As a result, I mobilized parents and teachers of all students to communicate with each other at home and school to make effective use of the holiday time and to take advantage of the 100 + X teaching management model to jointly manage students and supervise their students.
