实施新课标以后,进行创新型教学过程中,教育主体观念为应该确定学生的重要位置;教育价值观需要把健全学生人格做为目标。学生们都存在着个体上的差别,老师应该尊重这种差别,把所有的学生都当作能够发展的人,每个学生都具有自己的潜能。都应该通过数学知识的学习,发挥出自己的潜力,老师在进行数学教学的过程中,应该充满创新和创造意识,应该充满活力。
After the implementation of the new curriculum standards, in the process of innovative teaching, the main idea of education should be to determine the important position of students; educational values need to improve student personality as the goal. There are individual differences among students. Teachers should respect this difference and treat all students as able-bodied people. Each student has his own potential. All should exert their own potentials through the study of mathematical knowledge. Teachers should be full of innovation and creation of consciousness in the process of teaching mathematics, and should be full of vitality.
