在当前新环境和新形势之下,将人民群众文化建设加强非常重要。建设群众文化不仅是进行社会主义精神文明构建的需求,更是社会主义文化大繁荣的必经渠道,同样是提升我国人民群众自身文化素质的根本要求。对社会主义文化进行繁荣,构建起社会主义精神文明,将群众文化建设作为重点,将其看成需要长期抓好抓实的最为基本的任务和目标。因此,群众文化工作者要将文化广泛性与其先进性相结合,不仅要注意进行先进文化的宣传工作,还要对社会正气进行弘扬,不断倡导其科学精神。本文中,笔者就对新形势下群众文化的建设与发展进行分析。
Under the current new environment and the new situation, it is very important to strengthen the people’s cultural construction. Building a mass culture is not only a requirement for building a socialist spiritual civilization, but also a necessary channel for the great prosperity of the socialist culture. It is also a fundamental requirement for enhancing the cultural quality of our own people and their own. We must prosper the socialist culture and establish a socialist spiritual civilization. We should regard mass cultural construction as the key point and regard it as the most basic task and goal that we need to grasp well in the long run. Therefore, mass cultural workers should combine their extensive culture with their advanced nature. They should not only pay attention to carrying out the propaganda work of advanced culture, but also carry forward the promotion of social integrity and constantly advocate its scientific spirit. In this article, the author analyzes the construction and development of mass culture in the new situation.
