将实验大鼠分别置于模拟5000和8000m海拔高度的低压仓内7d,观察两种减压低氧对大鼠左心功能及左心室肌肌浆网(SR)钙摄取及Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,5000m低氧大鼠左心功能抑制程度明显轻于8000m低氧,SRCa~(2+)-ATP酶活性及~(45)Ca~(2+)摄取降低程度也明显低于8000m低氧,ATP酶和钙摄取的变化基本一致。从而推论,心肌SRCa~(2+)-ATP酶活性及~(45)Ca~(2+)摄取的改变可能是心功能变化的病理生理基础之一。
The experimental rats were respectively placed in the hypoxia chamber at 5000 and 8000 m altitude for 7 days. The effects of two hypobaric hypoxia on the left ventricular function and the Ca uptake and sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) -ATP enzyme activity. The results showed that the inhibition of left ventricular function in 5000m hypoxic rats was significantly lower than that in 8000m hypoxia, the decrease of SRCa ~ (2 +) - ATPase activity and ~ (45) Ca ~ (2+) uptake was also significantly lower than that of 8000m hypoxia, ATPase and calcium intake changes are basically the same. Therefore, it is concluded that the change of cardiac SRCa ~ (2 +) - ATPase activity and ~ (45) Ca ~ (2+) uptake may be one of the pathophysiological bases of cardiac function changes.
