用DDVVIIEA动态粘弹谱仪对单基、双基、硝胺和硝基胍四种发射药的β次级转变进行了研究,发现四种发射药都存在明显的β次级转变峰。与单基火药相比,双基火药在β次级转变时的tanδ峰值明显增加,而硝胺和硝基胍发射药在β次级转变时的tanδ峰值减小,实验频率对β次级转变时tanδ峰值的影响不大。对硝胺和硝基胍两种发射药老化过程中β次级转变的研究表明:硝胺发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值大于硝基胍发射药,老化以后,两种发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值降低,前者的下降速度大于后者,约600h后,两种发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值已基本接近。最后,对β次级转变与冲击断裂性能的关系进行了讨论
The DDVVIIEA dynamic viscoelastic spectrometer was used to study the β-sub-transitions of four propellants, monomeric, bidentate, nitramine and nitroguanidine.
