DP600高强钢板是汽车轻量化过程中用量较多的一种板材。通过LCJ-150型电子式拉扭试验机测试了DP600高强钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和伸长率等力学性能。对DP600高强钢板进行了90°和120°自由弯曲及一定校正力下的V型弯曲试验,分析了相对弯曲半径r/t对回弹角Δα大小的影响。采用最小二乘法线性拟合了弯曲回弹角与相对弯曲半径的关系,将弹性模量及屈服强度代入拟合公式后,得到了DP600高强钢板在90°和120°弯曲时的回弹公式,且该式可以用于高强钢板模具设计。
