以环己醇为吸收剂,吸收处理硝酸氧化环己醇制备己二酸过程中的NO_x废气,吸收率达99%以上。GC-MS研究表明,在吸收过程中,环己醇得到初步氧化生成一系列中间产物,其主要成份为环己酮、亚硝酸环己酯和硝酸环己酯。这些中间产物继续用硝酸氧化,同样生成己二酸。并且可以节省硝酸10%~18%。
With cyclohexanol as absorbent, the NO_x exhaust gas in the process of preparing adipic acid by oxidation and oxidation of cyclohexanol with nitric acid is absorbed and the absorption rate is over 99%.
