中间站在保证铁路列车安全、提高区段通过能力和列车正常运行秩序等方面起着重要作用。为适应铁路提速要求,应强化中间站的安全管理、运输组织指挥、提速设备基础、服务质量、营销系统以及教育培训等。
The intermediate station plays an important role in ensuring the safety of railway trains, improving the capacity of passing sections and the normal operation of trains. In order to meet the requirements of speeding up railway, the safety management, transportation and command of transportation organizations, equipment basis of speeding up, service quality, marketing system and education and training should be strengthened.
