党的十六届三中全会、四中全会和宪法修正案明确提出民营经济是促进我国社会生产力发展的重要力量,要鼓励、支持和引导民营经济发展。随着改革开放的推进,民营经济对我市经济增长、扩大就业、活跃市场、增加财政收入发挥着重要作用。大力支持和积极引导民营经济健康发展,对于实现首都经济结构战略性调整具有重大意义。 我们需要对民营经济再认识,形成全社会关心民营经济发展的良好社会舆论氛围,我们为此特别策划了一组关于民营经济的文章,针对民营经济发展中遇到的难点问题共同研讨解决的途径,为民营经济发展献计献策。
