十四届三中全会《决定》提出了企业改革的目标是建立现代企业制度。什么是现代企业制度?带着这一问题,体改委一个代表团于1993年10月中旬到美国进行了为期约两周的考察,先后听取了几位美国著名教授与专家的授课,并参观了几大企业(其中包括第三产业),对美国企业制度有了较详尽的了解。现将参加这次考察归来的杨启先同志在中国企业改革与发展研究会第二届年会上有关此方面的讲话摘登如下,希望能给读者一些启迪。
The “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee stated that the goal of enterprise reform is to establish a modern enterprise system. What is the modern enterprise system? With this issue in mind, a delegation of the National Development and Reform Commission visited the United States in mid-October 1993 to conduct a two-week inspection tour. They have heard and taught several famous American professors and experts. Several major companies, including the tertiary industry, have a more detailed understanding of the U.S. corporate system. Comrade Yang Qixian, who has returned from the visit, is excerpted from the speech at this year’s second annual meeting of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association. He hopes to give readers some inspiration.
