一、“企业要立足于市场,就必须突破现有运行机制和管理模式” 面对着波涛汹涌的市场经济大潮和突如其来的化肥行业挑战,湖南大乘资氮集团有限公司董事长、党委书记谢永清认为;一个企业的生存与发展并不在于家底厚薄,而在于是否有一套真正适应市场、立足市场的运行机制和管理模式。在他的积极争取下,资氮于1995年底成为湖南省首批53家建立现代企业制度试点单位。为搞好“试点”工作,他制定了“积极稳妥、大胆实践、集团模式、股份机制”的构架策略。通过2年多的实践拼搏,在创立具有特色的现代企业制度上,实现了“四个突破”和两大“创新”。
