栖霞县山东密刺黄瓜良种场,利用立地环山的天然隔离条件,自1981年以来,逐步建立健全了三级良种繁育体系,采取边提纯、边繁育、边推广的方法,在繁育推广山东密刺黄瓜良种方面取得了可喜的成绩。目前,该场繁育的山东密刺黄瓜良种,已推广到我国17个省、市、自治区,推广面积达11万多亩,经济效益220万元,社会效益1682万
