岩体爆破堆石体作为一种填料应用于道(路)基填筑工程时,由于颗粒粒径大、强度高等基本特征,密实原理、填筑工艺等与一般细粒土填筑压实不尽相同。通过先导试验段研究,就强夯加固和冲击压实进行了对比分析,考虑了分区域、分层位、分能级和分遍数;整体抛填和分层堆填;不同补强方案等。提出了道槽区采用虚铺厚度4.0m,分4层(每层1m)的摊铺方案,3000kN.m级强夯主加固方案;土面区采用整体抛填5.0m,3000kN.m强夯主加固方案。同时,提出了25kJ冲压20遍和1000kN.m满夯表面补强方案。先导试验段检测成果表明,上述岩体爆破堆石体填筑方案技术可靠、经济合理、工艺简便。
