于1994~1995年期间,对北京、广州、上海三地区城市居民早餐行为作询问调查。结果发现:三地区早餐就餐率在74.8%~90.5%之间。35岁以下的调查对象不吃早餐的人数较多。“早上没时间”成为不吃早餐的主要原因。三地区有半数以上的调查对象外购早餐。而且与两年前比较,外购率均有不同程度的增加。馒头、面包、粥仍是早餐的主要食品,北京、广州、上海分别有39%,48%和56%的调查对象经常喝牛奶。本次调查对城市居民的早餐就餐率、外购率及食物的基本构成有所了解,为今后的营养干预和宣教提供了依据
During the period from 1994 to 1995, this paper investigated the breakfast behavior of urban residents in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. The results showed that: the breakfast rate in the three regions ranged from 74.8% to 90.5%. The number of respondents under the age of 35 did not eat breakfast more. “No time in the morning” is the main reason for not eating breakfast. More than half of the respondents in the three regions purchased breakfast. And compared with two years ago, the purchase rate has increased in varying degrees. Bread, bread, porridge is still the main food for breakfast, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, respectively, 39%, 48% and 56% of the respondents often drink milk.
