为了解决高速公路路网潜在事故的救援问题,应用机会成本方法建立资源派遣决策模型.该模型能够调度区域路网的救援资源,获得用于潜在事故救援的救援点与救援车辆数.针对模型的计算复杂性,提出情景分解算法.该算法首先将多资源派遣问题分解为各个单资源派遣问题,然后根据救援需求和资源矩阵,确定所需救援资源的原始情景.最后,通过对原始情景的分解和目标函数的简化,便捷获取资源派遣方案.以南京市周边高速公路路网作为应用实例,验证了所用模型与所提算法的可行性.
In order to solve the rescue problem of potential accident on expressway road network, a resource allocation decision model is established based on opportunity cost method, which can dispatch the rescue resources of regional road network and obtain the number of rescue points and rescue vehicles for potential accident rescue. Computational complexity and propose a scenario decomposition algorithm.The algorithm first decomposes multi-resource dispatch problem into single resource dispatch problem, and then determines the original scenario of the rescue resource according to the rescue demand and resource matrix.Finally, through the decomposition of the original scenario And simplifying the objective function, the resource dispatching scheme can be easily obtained.With the highway network around Nanjing as an application example, the feasibility of the proposed model and the proposed algorithm is verified.
