随着临床医疗技术水平的逐步提高,新型农村合作医疗和城市医保制度的推行,医疗机构临床用血量在逐年攀升[1],血液采供与临床急救用血需求的矛盾必将存在,为更加科学合理地管理库存血量,最大限度地利用血液资源,保证临床安全用血的同时,避免血液资源浪费,由此作者对本院输血科2011~2013年血液出库数据进行回顾性分析。现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本科计算机信息管理室提供的2011~2013年临床用血出库年度统计表。
