Paul Gillaerts和Freek Van de Velde(2010)基于Hyland(2005)提出的人际元话语模型对期刊“Journal of Pragmatics”(1977-2007年间)摘要中的互动元话语做了历时性研究。结果显示,不同互动元话语手段的历时变化有所不同,但总体上实现的人际意义在逐渐减弱。本文采用Gillaerts&Velde(2010)的研究方法,对《外国语》1996至2010年发表的论文英文摘要中的互动元话语进行历时研究,从而分析其变化趋势及原因。
Paul Gillaerts and Freek Van de Velde (2010) conducted a diachronic study of the interactive meta-discourse in the journal Journal of Pragmatics (1977-2007) based on the interpersonal meta-discourse model proposed by Hyland (2005). The results show that the diachronic changes of different interactive meta-discourse means are different, but the overall interpersonal meaning is gradually weakened. In this paper, the method of Gillaerts & Velde (2010) is used to conduct a diachronic study of the interactive meta-discourse in the English abstracts published by Foreign Language from 1996 to 2010 to analyze its changing trends and causes.
