白酒中微量铅测定,无法用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定,必须加以富集,方法很多,大多采用有机溶剂萃取法很不方便.我们根据氢氧化镁胶状沉淀能共沉一些重金属元素,将沉淀分离出来,达到富集目的.其分离完全,浓缩倍数高,经多次试验,乙醇含量10~60%对本法无干扰,方法相对标准偏差为3.53%,回收率90.8~102%,检出极限为0.05mg·L~-1.’
