社会艺术水平考级是一项通过考试的形式,对业余学习艺术人员的艺术水平进行测试和评定的活动。考级的目的在于教师的教学进行检验、评定,为考生指明方向,避免走弯路,使社会艺术水平健康发展,最终实现普及艺术教育,提高国民素质的目标,也有利于培养和选拔专业人才。
The Social Arts Grading Test is an activity that tests and assesses the artistic level of amateur learning artists through exams. The purpose of grading is to test and assess the teachers’ teaching, to indicate the direction for the candidates, to avoid detours, to enable the healthy development of the social arts, and finally to achieve the goal of popularizing art education and improving the quality of the Chinese people, and also conducive to the training and selection of professionals.
