在大家空前重视食品安全之时,食品包装安全问题也成为近期关注热点。日前,欧盟食物链和动物健康常务委员会制定了含4-甲基二苯甲酮及二苯甲酮的印刷油墨食品包装的最大迁移限量,规定了食品包装印刷油墨材料内的4-甲基二苯甲酮及二苯甲酮总的迁移极限值必须低于0.6毫克/公斤。有食品专家指出,当前我国90%以上的食品包装中含苯,而苯类物质正是世界公认的致癌物质。
