粮食微生物的活动是影响粮食品质与安全储藏的一个重要因素。在密封储粮生态环境下,使用缓慢型呼吸抑制剂磷化氢,稻米能够安全储藏的原理,是由于磷化氢对稻米、仓虫、粮食微生物等有机体代谢、生命和酶活动起着一系列生理生化变化的结果。一九八二年,在分析储粮密封生态条件时,我们着重研究磷化氢对粮食霉菌作用方式、时机、作用效应及其相关性。为科学应用磷化氢、优质安全储藏稻米,提出可靠依据。
