无纺布是一种新的覆盖材料。它以化学纤维为原料,采用树脂或热轧方法粘结而成,所以在国外又叫“不织布”。我国引进的无纺布生产线已经投产。上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、河南、河北等地,将它用于菠菜、芹菜、韭菜、荠菜、花菜、番茄、莴苣、香菜、生菜、云豆等蔬菜上,增产显著,同时还提高了产品质量。无纺布在蔬菜生产上主要有以下几种用途:
