企业竞争力是“企业目前和末来在各自的环境中以比它们国内和国外的竞争者更有吸引力的价格和质量来进行设计、生产并销售货物以及提供服务的能力和机会”。影响企业竞争力的因素有许多,企业竞争力的形成、提升和评价已成为学术界研究的热门领域,本文试图通过对相关研究的梳理分析人力资本对企业竞争力的影响。
Corporate competitiveness is “the ability and opportunity for companies to design, manufacture and sell their goods and provide services at present and in the future, in their own environment, at more attractive prices and quality than their domestic and foreign competitors.” . There are many factors that affect the competitiveness of enterprises. The formation, promotion and evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises have become popular areas for academic research. This paper attempts to analyze the impact of human capital on the competitiveness of enterprises through the review of relevant research.
