柳传志1944年4月29日出生于江苏镇江,是联想集团有限公司董事局主席。1984年,他创办中科院计算所新技术发展公司(联想前身)。柳传志对联想集团的卓越贡献在于,他建立了产权机制和激励机制,总结并提出了“企业管理屋顶图理论”等管理思想,形成了系统的以“建班子、定战略、带队伍”为理论核心的联想管理体系。经过近20年的努力,联想从国有民营小企业,发展为高成长性国际企业,见证了中国电子领域的巨大进步。
Liu Chuanzhi was born on April 29, 1944 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, and is the chairman of the board of Lenovo Group Limited. In 1984, he founded the CAS Institute of Computing Technology Development Corporation (Lenovo predecessor). Liu Chuanzhi’s outstanding contribution to Lenovo Group lies in that he established the property rights mechanism and incentive mechanism, summed up and put forward such management ideas as “roof management theory of enterprise management” and other management ideas, and formed a systematic “ ”As the theoretical core of the association management system. After nearly 20 years of hard work, Lenovo has grown from a state-owned private small enterprise to a high-growth international enterprise and witnessed tremendous progress in China’s electronics field.
