The University of London, UK, has developed a new type of ultrasound microscope that produces images using acoustic waves instead of light waves and has been used to study cancer cells. The image obtained by this microscope can be immediately displayed on the screen or stored as information on the microcomputer. The object to be tested suspended in 13 × 13 mm metal frame central small sink. Two conical sapphire columns with piezoelectric crystals on the back are inserted into the sink and set oppositely. Crystal power, the electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration, spread in the crystal, and by the top of the sapphire column will gather the vibration of radiation beam, in the water expansion, through the material
