本文通过硬度测量、拉伸实验以及透射电镜观察研究了添加0.5%Ag对一种Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金时效硬化的影响。结果表明,添加Ag对δ′相的析出无明显影响,但促进了T相的析出。在单级时效或双级时效时,Ag明显增加实验合金的时效硬化效果,时效前的预变形减少了Ag对时效硬化的影响。含Ag合金经低温预时效后再在较高温度时效的初期阶段,出现性能下降的回归现象。
In this paper, the effect of adding 0.5% Ag on the age hardening of an Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy has been investigated by hardness measurement, tensile test and transmission electron microscope observation. The results show that adding Ag has no obvious effect on the precipitation of δ ’phase, but accelerates the precipitation of T phase. When single-stage aging or double-stage aging, Ag significantly increased the age-hardening effect of the experimental alloy, and pre-aging pre-deformation reduced the effect of Ag on the age hardening. Ag-containing alloys by low temperature pre-aging effect and then at a higher temperature aging of the initial stage, the performance decline regression phenomenon.
