在当今国际经济“全球化”趋势迅速发展的形势下 ,我们应以更加积极的态度走向世界 ,进一步扩大对外开放。《中外合资经营企业法》的修改 ,为我国逐步取消对外资的限制 ,对外商投资企业实行“国民待遇”提供了法律上的保障。我们在实施优惠政策吸引外资的同时 ,也应警惕过度的优惠政策所带来的负面影响。
In the current situation of the rapid development of the “globalization” of the world economy, we should move toward the world with a more positive attitude and further expand its opening to the outside world. The revision of the Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Enterprise Law has provided China with legal restrictions on the implementation of “national treatment” for the gradual removal of restrictions on foreign investment. While implementing preferential policies to attract foreign investment, we should also guard against the negative impact caused by excessive preferential policies.
