最近一些年,随着民主立法的不断推进,一方面,全国人大及其常委会立法工作的公开化程度越来越高;另一方面,公众对立法活动的参与也正在日渐深入。从物权法、劳动合同法、义务教育法、未成年人保护法、个人所得税法、就业促进法等一些法律的起草、修改中,我们可以强烈地感受到民意在立法活动中起着越来越重要的作用。可以说,近些年通过的很多法律,都是权力机关和百姓之间良性互动的结果。
