随着我国市场经济的繁荣,城市中汽车拥有量大幅度增加,汽车尾气污染日益严重。各级政府及环保部门为防治汽车尾气污染已做了大量工作,出台了各种政策、法规和办法,其中各级环境监测部门所进行的尾气抽测工作最具有广泛性。
With the prosperity of the market economy in our country, the car ownership in the city has increased substantially and the automobile exhaust pollution has become increasingly serious. Various levels of government and environmental protection departments have done a great deal of work to prevent and control automobile exhaust pollution and have promulgated various policies, laws and regulations and measures, among which the exhaust gas sampling and testing carried out by environmental monitoring departments at all levels is the most extensive.
