“显微金相”是配合金属学、金属材料及热处理和航空工程材料等课程开设的一门实验课.为了更直观、形象地提高实验教学效果,我们开发了显微金相计算机管理系统,利用该系统可进行金相观察、金相存贮与输出、非标试样与标准试样显微组织比较、碳钢含量的计算等,同时为金相分析提供了良好的实验条件.1 实验系统的组成及功能该系统的核心是计算机,标准试样或待观察、分析的非标准试样都经显微镜输入,再由计算机分类处理.如观察或比较显微组织时,图像经TV卡送到监视器上进行分析,输出的结果到打印机上打印.(1)硬件组成.本系统使用AST-486/
