近年来,各级厂务公开协调领导机构和广大企事业单位深入贯彻落实科学发展观,紧紧围绕科学发展这一主题和加快转变经济发展方式这条主线,求真务实,开拓创新,大力提高厂务公开、职代会建制率,大力推进厂务公开民主管理制度化、规范化建设,各项工作稳步推进,取得了新的进展和成效,在维护职工合法权益、构建和谐劳动关系,完善企业内部权力运行监督机制、加强企业党风建设和反腐倡廉建设,提高企业经营管理水平、促进企业又好又快发展,发展基层民主政治建设、巩固党的阶级基础和执政地位中发挥了重要作用。
