种子含水量是种子品质的重要指标之一。长期以来,我国通常用烘箱干燥法测定林木种子的含水量。其优点是准确,但费时、费工。当前,我国的林木种子工作,很需要一种既可靠又快速的测定种子含水量的方法。为此,本试验对五种测定林木种子含水量的方法进行了比较。现将试验结果简介如下: 一、烘箱法白皮松种子水份试验样品,在130℃下烘2小时与在105℃下烘7小时,两者含水率相差仅0.3%,但前者节省了测定时间5小时。因此,作者认为测定白皮松、核桃的含水量
Seed moisture content is one of the important indicators of seed quality. For a long time, our country usually use oven drying method to determine the water content of forest seed. The advantage is accurate, but time-consuming, labor-intensive. At present, China’s forest seed work, it is necessary to have a reliable and rapid method of determination of seed moisture content.
