西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署,省政府各委、办、厅、局: 现将《国务院办公厅关于2001年农村税费改革试点工作有关问题的通知》(国办发[2001]28号)转发给你们,请遵照执行。根据我省情况,再强调以下几个问题。一、在中央未正式批准我省农村牧区税费改革总体方案以前,全省农村牧区税费改革试点工作仍然按照省委、省政府的安排部署继续抓紧抓好。同时要遵循国务院办公厅28号文件要求,继续加强农村牧区税费改革的调研、测算等基础工作,为今后在全省范围内实施改革打下坚实的基础。
