丝绸之路经济带是在古丝绸之路的基础上由现代交通网络连接而成的一个经济区域,既是经济带也是文化带。丝绸之路经济带建设,不仅有利于促进沿线国家的文化认同和政治认同,也为博物馆事业发展提供了宝贵机遇。作为地处丝绸之路经济带重要枢纽中的甘肃地质博物馆,应充分把握机遇,利用馆藏优势拓展丝绸之路经济带沿线博物馆之间的合作交流;加强资源整合,不断推出具有地域特色的精品展览,充分发挥博物馆在助力丝绸之路经济带建设中的作用。
