口腔肿瘤根治后吻合血管的游离瓣重建意义重大。有研究表明,静脉血栓形成是重建失败的主要原因。为取得重建成功,受体静脉的选择至关重要。由于颈区内颈内静脉的直径最大,保留颈内静脉(IJV)的功能性颈清扫被大多数学者推荐使用。但在口腔血管重建中,关于将IJV做为受体静脉的资料很少。本文对此进行了探讨。
It is of great significance to reconstruct the free flap of the anastomotic vessel after the oral tumor is cured. Some studies have shown that venous thrombosis is the main reason for the failure of reconstruction. In order to obtain the successful reconstruction, the choice of recipient vein is very important. Due to the largest diameter of the jugular vein in the neck region, functional neck dissection to retain the internal jugular vein (IJV) is recommended by most scholars. However, there is little data on the use of IJV as a recipient vein in oral revascularization. This article explores this.
