2012年4月12日,江西省某钨矿发生一起垮塌事故,造成1人被困。事故发生后,安全生产监管部门、矿山企业和救援队伍积极参与事故救援,救援人员通过灾区侦察、决策指挥、大量放矿和科学营救等措施,历时近30 h终于将被困人员成功救出。救援决策措施科学正确、救援装备得到充分发挥和情绪干预机制有效运用是本起事故救援成功的关键,值得借鉴。
On April 12, 2012, a mine collapsed in a tungsten mine in Jiangxi Province, causing one person to be trapped. After the accident, the work safety supervision departments, mining enterprises and rescue teams actively participated in the accident rescue.
