本文从知识经济的影响入手，指出学习型企业是知识经济对现代企业的要求，进而阐述了建立学习型企业的基础及其设想。
Starting with the impact of knowledge economy, this paper points out that learning-oriented enterprises are the requirements of modern enterprises for knowledge-based economy, and then elaborates the foundations and ideas of establishing learning-based enterprises.
