After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War on August 15, 1945, the Kuomintang government accepted the plant of Nankai, a subsidiary of Japan’s North China Automotive Industry Corporation. The plant was established by the Japanese Aggressor Army after its occupation of Tianjin. It has more than 100 sets of equipment and more than 800 staff and workers. It produces automobile parts and assembles military trucks to serve the Japanese invasion of China.
